Finished this project just as the fall color was coming in on this elegant Chinese Tallow tree!
On really sloped properties, it often helps to terrace or level the area to create more usable space, These guys have a tiny backyard on this two unit condo property. Reworking the front yard gave them a usable front lawn space (super low maintenance) and a very sweetly nestled patio under the canopy of this older tree.
The terracing work necessitated a rework of a poorly clad underpinning, and the addition of an additional concrete step at the driveway.
